Blocking 5 frames per second ~ 15-20 minutes game

After about 20 minutes of the game, serious delays begin, usually I had a stable 115 frames per second

But now my fps is locked at 5 fps after 20 minutes of playing

I thought it was a problem with my laptop…but no, all games work stably

But to remove the 5 fps lock, I need to reboot my laptop…Why do I play all the games without problems? and here I come across 5 fps??
