"Banned" in Chat

Hi,

my account got “chat banned” for racism, violation or extreme language and I have absolutely no idea why.

I had no issues with anyone in global and was only actively helping people answering their questions. May there are some (english) world filters active that see some german words or part of words as violation?

Hi, having the same issue. Was not interacting in global chat (i disabled it), but was talking to my buddy through whispers, but also just friendly talk and nothing that would breach ToS. Is there anyone to turn for help to?
