I am extremely sorry; I cannot explain why this has happened.
I’ve manually applied your badge and we’ll be investigating why this occurred, whom else it may have happened to, and how we can prevent it being an issue again. I’m not aware of any other cases of this, but if it is known to have occurred for one person then we can’t make any assumptions at this stage. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I’m used to testing stuff and finding that last bug “that does not even exist anymore” just before golive. Maybe I’m doomed.
So what I can remember:
using Firefox ESR last version, had NoScript active but disabled bcos couldn’t see any packs listed on the store page.
checked out with Paypal and noticed it had somehow put the pack twice in basket, so removed one.
checked out with the 100$$, all seemed fine
after that I got 2! order recipes for same Order#, but Paypal just deducted 100$$ as expected so I did not care
Either that, or different mail account here and @Paypal messed it up.

The manual update consisted of me quickly taking the e-mail addresses associated with the Last Epoch accounts of those posting in the thread and comparing them against the e-mail addresses supplied to us by KickStarter. This did not involve the reward surveys. Where there was a match I knew which pledge they had made, so I was able to award the appropriate badge. Where there was not a match, I didn’t have this information.
I have been posting updates in this thread as they become available, and I have specifically apologised for the delay in running the script again as we investigate how to best use e-mail address clarifications from KickStarter survey rewards in our script. Nobody who used different e-mail addresses has a forum supporter badge yet, and when that changes I’ll announce it here. When applied, supporter badges retroactively show up next to old posts.

We have made a few small changes aimed at improving things for those with multiple forum badges. The space between badges has been reduced. The First Travelers badge should now be the same size as the pre-alpha supporter badges.
We’re currently investigating an issue with the pagination.
I am very sorry, however I don’t yet have an ETA on when we’ll next be running the script.
