The Werebear skill Army Sunderer should apply stacks of shred armor on targets hit by rampage or maul, but after testing it out a bit I never see the status effect trigger on any enemies.
Wearbear maul seems to have a few other bugs associated with the skill tree, such as some Leap of Fury effects not applying to it with the Skull crusher skill.
