Been waiting in the Queue, it’s not counting down or ever letting me in. Have tried several time zones, same thing. Are people that are waiting the queue ever eventually getting in?
I feel like the time for reasonable amount of patients on our part has come and gone. I enjoyed the game in beta, but seems EHG wasn’t ready for primetime.
today it seems to work surprisingly good actually. I had one loading screen that took a min or 2. Neither did i see a queue so far, but of course, that might change.
I mean I played some without issue this morning before work, but now there is a massive queue and was just wondering if anyone is actually getting in that wasn’t already logged in.

what server are you using? there is another thread talking about queues as well. im on EuW
granted, im totally on board to be annoyed cause this release was a desaster, however all i can say is that stuff seems to run “ok” today.
Same here, part of me is wondering if they reduced server capacity for stabilization issues. I know they have released another deployment recently but, maybe they are staging the process of letting people in to see how much the servers can handle before things start going south? I only mention this because this is the first time I have seen a queue when trying to get in.
really? we had queues on EuW the last few days every now and then, along with the loading screen and DC issues.
Sorry to hear. I play on US Central so I can not speak of experiences on EuW.
Yes it works for me on US servers. If you are not on US maybe your location has an issue?
I am sitting on number 7136 in the queue. The game was fine for me yesterday after the fix.
doesn’t matter what server i use que is huge up to 7242
Im also queued … 6800+ been here for a while now and it hasnt moved , im on US central … tried other locations and didnt work , was getting the exact same queue number
maybe try to reinstall? maybe something got messed up of the last days of patches and stuff. ^^
i mean, i didnt see that stuff happening at all today so its kinda weird you guys get stuck so hard in a queue
I play US-Central and live about 45 min from San Antonio where EHG is based. Queue for me last time I tried was like 4300 and didn’t count down at all after I let it sit for like 20min.
Same here on US West and US central 7000 queue
I tried 10 times then reinstall and still no luck to get in…any GM to help us?
This is wild you guys are still dealing with this.
I’ve never experienced any of the long queues or wait times that I’m seeing people talk about.
Has to be a load balancing issue.
The highest I’ve ever seen the queue for me is 9.
Might just be the times you guys are playing and the servers are just getting slammed?
US Central- Started at 4404 and in a little over an hour am down to 3788 for my queue. It moves…just not super fast.
That’s brutal. I sat in queue while I ate dinner and watched TV, but gave up and went to play something else. Hoping that when I do I can get in 
I got in this morning with ZERO queue, however, trying to log in right now, I am #8,047. Middle of the day on a Monday and I’m in a queue that will probably go all afternoon.
Bummer.
