I relog the game because of an error “connection lost” in the game (my internet was fine). Then, I connect my char and I was very suprised to see that arround 4H of playing has been lost and rolled back. How is that possible? I hope that you can do something about it, because if not, how can I be sure it will not happen again? Thanks

Pick ‘Technical Issues’ from the drop down and provide your:
- Display Name
- Character Name
- Date & Time you noticed the loss (with your time zone or UTC)
- What type of data was lost
- How much gameplay time was lost
