That’s the second rollback in 3 days I’ve had on West EU servers, first was whatever that bombshell was on the 24th and you’se said it will be better in the future only for FPS and rubber banding start kicking in after 2+ hours of play. I then go to reset game (closed correctly) then restart pc only for just over 6 hours of playtime today, 27th March to be wiped clean…
EDIT: Can I also suggest a change to the ‘On Exit’ notification so it states now that’s “All data may be saved.” instead?
Hey mate, really sorry to hear you experienced this.
Server hotfix 0.9f2 addressed some causes of rollback but looks like there are some left. Mike posted on another thread that they are wprking through more causes of this at the moment
In the meantime, an EhG helper put this on the Discord. If you report your rollback, it will help them find more causes and fix them too

I got the same issue, second time I got rollback in 2 days. 10 hours of gameplay down the drain. All xp, items, blessings, idols ect. gone… Its hard to start over tbh, grinding same blessings and idols again and again and who knows mabe again…
I can get over the monolith completions, few hundred corruption and some perfect roll blessings but the L3 Grimoire, perfect roll bone armour/transplant CDR was the real kick in the gut. I fully expect it to happen again, so i’ll try to log out every hour or 2 or soon as i feel a dip in performance in the hopes if it does wipe, it’s only a few hours
I’ve been having these rollbacks for the past week now. It’s always the same, the game performance degrades very noticeably over time, at some point it crashes and when I log back in… 4hours of rollback.
I’ve just had it happen again:. I couldn’t teleport to any waypoints so I closed the game normally. The client stopped responding while trying to exit to desktop. When I logged back in I come back to about 4 hours of rollback.

At the end of this video (~45:20) you can see me trying to exit to desktop. The game crashes while doing that. I tried to exit game because teleporting wasn’t working anymore.
In 8:36 you can see that I’m level 86 in the character page:
At the start of this next recording, my character is rolled back, my relic is not there anymore. The empowered monoliths that I had been farming are not available anymore because it rolledback to a point where I hadn’t unlocked empowered monos yet.
From level 86 it got rolled back to 83:
