Over the last week ive lost 80 hours of character work in my offline characters. my most recent one was my level 89 wizard Named WizardJuvia. This is extremely disheartening. and doesnt make me want to put any more effort into other characters for fear they and their items will be lost… Sigh…

Really sorry to hear this. It would be very disappointing.

Server hotfix 0.9f2 addressed some causes of rollback but looks like there are some left.

  • Display Name
  • Character Name
  • Date & Time you noticed the loss (with your time zone or UTC)
  • What type of data was lost
  • How much gameplay time was lost
