Video

Overview/Rating/Important Stats

Summary

- This builds is based around rogue class that choose bladedancer as its mastery and uses poison as its main source of damage. It applies poison through the tossing of acid flask which can be auto proc'd just from shifting and applies poison on hit with shurikens which can also be proc'd by just shifting.

NEW: How to Use!

  • This filter is designed to be used for leveling and for endgame. Green items are very basic items designed to get you going. Once you’ve reached level 20+ or notice lots of blue/red items. Uncheck all the green rules, as you no longer need basic items. Once finished with the campaign, you can also uncheck blue rules. Red/Yellow is all you need once your farming in endgame. This will significantly reduce the amount of items you see and they will be better bases.

Hello Boardman21,
First and foremost I can’t thank you enough for all that you do for the community. Love your guides. Love the way you break things down for everyone to understand as much as possible.
My question for you, I see that the leveling guide you chose different skill’s / path than your poison shuriken build itself. I’m just wondering if you recommend the new skills compared to the older build now or just because of the gear / idols this was a better way to get more damage as you don’t have the better equips.

Anyway again can’t thank you enough for all that you do!! Also thank you for any feedback / advice.

Sorry just saw the build planner that says kind of what I asked. In your opinion though would the new skill path / choices be better than you’re previous choice’s? Also same with the passive choices. Sorry for asking so many questions just honestly liked the look of the build and it looks to be very quick for echo farming boss uniques which can be a huge pain with the lower drop chance ones.

Thank you again though.

Welcome to the community!

This leveling guides is slightly different do to it being the leveling process and needed some stuff for more resistance/mana regen in passives.

There’s really a numerous amount of ways to play it and some of it would even depend on how good your RNG luck is while leveling. I wont say this way is any worse or any better than the endgame build i put out, but obviously being only level to 75 and only spending 1 day on it, it doesnt have the gear the endgame guides does and therefor isnt up to the same survivability/dps output.

Okay, thank you very much for the clarification and the incredibly fast response. I honestly really do appreciate it!

Hi,
Really appreciate your efforts and sacrifices for making this game accessible to new players, like myself. PoE is just way too complicated. Hope you can keep it up.
How come I can’t find a recent Flurry Build (guide) - it seems to do a lot more damage then other skills, plus it’s a starter skill.
Followed your Warpath guide for my first toon - loved it !! Trying out Rogue now, and love the speed and the way mobs melt away. Is your Flurry build still viable, it’s over 7m old ?
Thanks for everything. Wishing you the best - have a good summer.

It should still be viable.

Ill definitely be doing guides for quite some time. Enjoy it to much.

Ill admit though I havent had as much time recently as id like to have to be making them :stuck_out_tongue:

Thank you for your reply. Will try both - I really like the speed of Rogue class.

Just a headsup, most of the earlygame(green) and midgame(blue) stuff is ticked to be off/not show by default. Was wondering why i barely saw any drops highlighted while leveling.
