First of all thanks so much for the guide its really help me get a handle on the game as my first ever build in LE.

Just a tiny knit pick that had me confused at first until I actually read the skills myself.

In the Level 34 portion of the guide

  1. Lightning Blast - 2 points into “Chain Lightning” (2 total), 1 more point into “Storm razor” (2 Total)

You need the second point in Storm Razor prior to picking up the Chain Lightning points. I was scratching my head for bit reading back through the guide thinking I had missed a point somewhere. But other than that this has been a massive help building my first Sorc.

Apparently the spark charge damage increase from Lightning Blast no longer works on spark charge from Ele Nova? So it’s better to use another utility skill over LB now?

  • Fixed a bug where Lightning Blast’s Mortal Capacitor node provided increased Spark Charge effect globally rather than exclusively for Spark Charges applied by Lightning Blast.

Seems won’t be the case anymore after today’s patch?

Once patch drops that is correct although the guide still works youll just do slightly less damage

Hello! So I am level 44 sorc, maxed out most resistances except poison and keep dying A LOT, never I had died soooo much as other classes who can faceroll content. I have about 700hp and cant even get to tundra to blow the horn (story). I keep being either oneshotted or just ganged by mobs around. Each hit HURTS. My armour is ok-ish. Is it just Sorc thing or am I missing something? Each other class I played had layers of defences (maybe except lich).

Are you using flame ward? Im not sure your exact setup but mage had lots of layers of defense

Yes! With flameward everything dies and I am immortal but the second it goes out I am dead :c So have to wait for CD. Maybe I am not killing mobs fast enoguh because I decided to respec from desintegrate build. Howeever I follow your guide to the point.
