Yes, the darts are hit that apply a poison though they may do zero damage & only hit to apply the poison.
Apart from that, Death Seal would be hit damage that you could leech with leech-on-hit, though it may be simpler to just get some global leech such as from Soul Maw at the top of the Lich tree & use that to leech the massive amounts of poison damage you do.
Yea, global leech would clearly be preferable. Was more just thinking about what sort of temporary gear solutions I could possibly put together and whether on hit leech would serve any real purpose.

Didnât see it but⌠anyway my question is this: Since we stack poison and DOT damage, why not take Infectious Dead to convert WS to poison? Thanks again and in advance!
You can but youâll notice it doesnât do much as there damage is from stacking all the poison stacks from darts. Not there hit/dot damage

Hello, its an great build but i have one question. On the echo 100, the fight on the dragon i get pushed out of the Reaper form and that didnât happen with you. So how can this be happening?
This is only happening when the dragon hits me. the only thing i can see that you have like 122 ward shield on you health bar. and i donât have thatâŚ

It gives ward per second
I have the same helm of course but not the damage leeched as health while transformed. that is the only thing that is missing in the setup from the helm. the rest of the gear is the same like in you explanation. That means Rings, belt ect ect. Got something in the Idols?
Can you think about some reason the i get kicked out. Because it is only with echo 100 dragon. got like 1600 health and the build works fine.
You might be getting hit for more than.1600 damage from the big necrotic explosion
Perhaps need more health?
All my idols are the same. Wouldnt help you take leas damage although you could switch some out for increased health idols

Great build, thank you for your time! Tried it and itâs so fast. Is there any way to get spirits to appear even faster? You move so fast in reaper form so spirits do not have enough time to appear.
In this build pretty the maxed to the fullest. If you can find some cooldown reduction that might help but yeah. Decently maxed
