The longer the issue remains and the more people attempt to get their money back, the more likely it will be that EHG is held liable for selling a service they canât provide.

Guess what - its been a few days on a live service. Go play offline if you have a problem with how their ability to handle the massive load of online play is being handled, as transparently as possible with 90 employees on a weekend, itâs a smaller company. Go play D4 which had a ton more problems for longer than this anyway. Sit back and have some patience. Go buy some fortnite skins with your refund kids, IF you get one.
