I can login and play with new characters but not my main(old) character, what is going on ?

your gonna have to remake at the end of each cycle. so literally what is the difference of playing offline till online is fixed?
and why would they allow xfering offline to online. offline is more prone to hacks. and implementing a xfer would cause more problems.

Guessing your main character is in a city (hub) where many others tries to connect.

the small side things like co-op/trading/and merchants isnt.

Really, because youâve been responding to criticisms of the game with personal attacks, so something is hurting your feelings. Since youâre happy with offline play, perhaps you should step back and examine why youâre making things personal on the forums.

Why are you flaming everyone? So you are happy playing offline, that is wonderful. Other people want to play online for a variety of reasons such as playing with friends, or experiencing the new guild content. There is nothing wrong with either pespectives.
Some people are feeling frustrated and disillusioned, and that is perfectly normal as EHG have not delivered the product they had advertised.
No need to attack anyone for their perspective.

ACTUALLY saying the full game is playable and then saying what part of the game is not playable is contradictory.

I really wanted to be excited for this launch. Iâve been a long time player in early access but right now me and a friend are trying to not even play together thinking that would help but it doesnât. This is unplayable. They have no excuses but Iâll give them an out as a small but clearly ignorant studio who made a great game and are in WAY over their heads. However, with all this money they made from release if they ever suffer from server issues on new cycle content releases they deserve no mercy. If they arenât going to take this complete clown show of a release seriously and just coast spending minimal money they donât deserve a penny. Clearly EHG have no real talent in infrastructure working there and thatâs fine they were a small game for a long time, but if they donât invest HEAVILY in external consultants to sort this shit out they will just be another dead studio who had great ideas but could never realize any of them on a large scale.
Sincerely, someone who was actually defending this launch through days of terrible service.

Like i say just let us transfer COMPLETE NAKED chars with some gold to buy trash gear from first vendor we see, and all cheaters problem is solved, and i can only laugh at cheaters in NOT WORKING GAME, who gives a fck? Its not a priority by any way in times when everything is not working and people canât play at all.
Oh and like i said i can level one char in 3 months like i do in POE and im somehow can force myself to do this boring garbage once in long periods of time, but not level it 2 times in a row.
