They’ve got you working overtime to defend this mess huh? Can’t just admit it’s bad, because that would mean you have to admit you made a mistake in supporting them. I can admit I’m starting to think I did. Even if the servers/multiplayer was working perfectly… the game is still mid at best. It’s ok that it isn’t amazing, but to act like a turd is a lump of gold makes you look insane. It’s my fault for choosing to support a low budget early access game. This game didn’t turn out as badly as some others, but it still isn’t good by any means.

even if they tested it, a stress test, doesnt always mean itll work right since it doesnt compare/add the influx of people that waited to 1.0
so lets say they did test/stress it. they go buy the data of that given amount.
still freakin rigged servers. still no freakin loading or connecting

Whatever patch you had going on last night, go back to it, it was running great.
i guess im stupid for believing in the devs about the fast fixes and etc, my friend was right that it may be wolcen . 2 and will take ages to work normally

12am EU or 11pm GMT, played alot of scuffed launches and intense queues/loading issues due to server burdens but something is off when even this late in the evening, the game in unplayable in Europe. Vanilla Warcraft, PoE, FFXIV weren’t even unplayable or suffering queue/loading issues this late in the evening in the EU…

Been playing on USEast for hours just fine.
That argument only applies if someone isn’t intending to play the game with friends, which in this day of the internet is probably not as many as you’d expect.

no thanks, maybe if we had option because of this situation to extra transfer offline character to online then maybe i would, i wasnt paying for online arpg to play it offline

well you paid for the game, and the game is accessible offline. so i dont know why you and anyone else is basically crying so much.
finding, diagonising, testing fixs, and so on takes time. none of that is instant. but you all act like it is. smh

Oh I know, as a software engineer this kind of issue is a major headache, however none of this explains why the game servers are progressively less responsive where you can’t even play at midnight in your country of origin. No other game I have played in over a decade of online gaming has problems at this time even when their server’s are being hammered.
Problem with offline that u cannot transfer your character to online by any way, and i better cut my veins than play boring as 9 hells compain for second time in less than 3 months. I understand they scare of cheaters, but i don’t need any gear, just let us level and after transfer we got a lvl 100 char(or what level u can manage) with like 100k gold to gamble some trash items, its not to hard to gear after you got acess to monolits any way.

No one is disputing that fixes comes instantly.
But they had plenty of time to sort these things out before advertising and selling a fully functional game with online play.
And since it is not working as advertised, it is a flaud product, despite parts of it works.
But there are many bugs with offline play as well, you get stuck in transition loops, log in loops, falling through the world bug and so on.
Actually part of the game is offline. While they haven’t updated the main campaign in quite some time and decided to continue to focus elsewhere, the new features (trading, leaderboards, factions) are ONLY ONLINE. Oh yeah, this is a live service arpg, and that was a selling point. It’d be like ordering a cheeseburger and not getting the burger, your reaction seems to be “Well you got cheese and the bun, eat that and be satisfied, smh”
