I can open some UI panes, settings, quest log, but not others like passive or skill trees. Tab doesn’t open the large map. I cannot move or use skills or take damage. However, the mobs attacking me are taking reflect damage and slowly killing themselves.
I wasn’t able to tell if I was gaining xp when they died. To resolve I had to leave game and reenter.
