Your account is in use on different device

Hi all,

Worrying bug happened this evening (close to 8 PM UTC+1), while farming monoliths. I suddenly get prompted with the message “Your account is in use on different device.” and get forcefully logged out.

First reflex is of course to go to the website and do a reset password process, in case someone actually managed to get mine.

Once this was done, I went to player/account/sessions on the website to review any unusual activity… But there was none ! Only my own sessions.

I don’t mind being set back a couple echoes in a monolith but this sounds serious enough for me to create a bug report. Details enclosed, dxdiag, player.log (where you can find the “Your account is in use on different device.” entry, and a screenshot of my sessions activity.

Same thing happened to me a few nights ago - no unusual sessions.

Same thing has just happened to me.

LE, please review your website security and assure your player base that our information, including passwords, have or have not been compromised.
