When channeling warpath with a relic that has +X% to all resistances while channeling lightning and cold resistances decrease while all others increase.

hi, do you have reckless spin active? I think it lowers elemental resistances while spinning.

I do, however that does not account for the others going up and only 2 going down.
reckless spin only lowers elemental resistances, so only fire, cold and lightning.
from the screenshots I see that you have +14 all resistances while channeling (void went up to 84% from 70%)
so for elementals, you should go down 16% (+14 while channeling -30 due to reckless spin), which is the case:
fire 113% → 97% (75% is max of course, so does not change), cold and lightning 79% → 63%
