I have this happen every couple hours or so, I only remember it happening on Unique and Set items. Throwing the item back on the ground after picking it up displays the name normally.
The same happens with item’s prices sometimes. I have noticed some items will show a value of 30 on the ground and when I pick them up, it says 17. I’ll have to pay attention to this more to see what modifiers might be causing.
