I noticed a few obviously wrong attack telegraphs. With this I mean attacks that are fired outside of the telegraphed area, deviating from the telegraphed area or the telegraphed area and the damaging area not aligning properly. In the following I will state the enemies with which I could replicate this consistently.

The Endboss of the “The Black Sun” Timeline. When the boss if flying to the edge of the arena to do his swoop attack where the swipes over a straight line and leaves a nasty ground DoT on the floor the indicated line and his flightpath are not aligning. When moving out of the telegraphed area when the boss is starting his flight the boss will not follow the indicated line but fly in a straight line towards where you are standing when he is departing. Infernal Husks are partially under the floor in every map I encounter them. In addition to that the telegraphed area and the damaging area of the flamethrower attack seem to be completly disconnected. I don’t know what is causing this but it seems to happen everytime I fight those monsters. The monster attacks in my direction but the visual effect is in a completly different direction. Any monster that fires projectiles like a mortar (Fire Drakes, etc) with a telegraphed impact zone. Some of the impact areas are not telegraphed on the floor but hovering above the floor. The damage and impact area seem to align in this case. Other impact areas are telegraphed on the floor, also with aligning damage areas.
