Not sure if this is unintended behaviour, but the Wraithlord from Wraithlord’s Harbour kills off other minions when there are no enemies around.
According to the item’s description, he’s only supposed to do that when a maximum amount of wraiths are summoned.

Same. Feels like a bug. Disappointed, really wanted to try it
Seconding this one. I levelled a necro specifically for the helmet, with the idea to use him as a summon bot and never let it get to max wraiths so he doesn’t consume. The wording says ‘WHILE AT MAX WRAITHS’ consume your minions. Bur he will prioritise consuming anything around him at any time even when you don’t have any other wraiths.
