Wraithlord Attack speed or cast speed?

Hi question is
Does wraithlord attack scale with attack speed or cast speed?
I want to use Julra obsession with Cast speed, will it increase attack speed of Wraithlord?

I can’t tell but there is one way that might help… test it. if the attack is faster with minion cast speed go for it, if not try minion attack speed and if this isn’t helping… well then it isn’t scaling at all ^^.
