Woodland Bear seems to be consuming double the amount of rage. Was trying to figure out why roots was not triggering on my mauls outside of the first one on transformation. Lo and behold, first maul+root consumes 80 rage, and roots can no longer be triggered when below 80 rage. Should only cost 40 rage.
