Wolf howl : no duration for increase damage

when casting howl, increased attack speed is up for 3 sec as described (frenzy), but not 50% increased damage. On video, result on dps going from 117 to 189 (no more than 1 sec (and maybe less) : the 2 buffs are up), then down to 141% (only frenzy with attack speed).

PS : I can’t reproduce but i’m pretty sure that sometimes I had both buffs with the right 3 sec duration. If you try to reproduce the bug, cast howl more than once (+/- 20x), it should end on this bug and after that it’s like it’s stay bugged (for me). and sorry for bad English.
