Wolf Died: Disappeared

Playing a Primalist HC Masochist and just headed into the forge / armory from the upper district, chapter 2.
I’ve tapped into having 2 wolves on the skill tree.

The wolf had died to some mobs in the upper district and I didn’t stop to revive and I guess it just had enough. I couldn’t re-cast it and had to fight the boss with just one wolf (who died almost instantly to fire :frowning: ).Processing: Primalist Missing Wolf.png…

Update:

Made a new game, went to my skill tree and the wolf point had been refunded.
Not sure how or why - never happened before.
I now have two wolves again.

Apologies for the attached .txt file with no picture. Just showed the screen with one wolf active and being unable to summon a second (pink instead of green button).
