looking at the scaling tags it says wolf scale with attunement.
and looking at the strength attribute it says it increases the damage of wolves.
which one is it ?
posting it as a bug just in case.

The top row is the tags for the summoning skill, so any effects that cover minion/companion/strength will buff the minion. The lower row is the tags that the minion uses when it’s doing damage, so minion phys & minion melee will increase the Wolf’s damage.
These are the tags for the active skill you can use when you’ve summoned your Wolves.
Not a bug.
