I’ve been playing with some crows builds lately, and most of them have taken Summon Wolf just to get the +1 max companions from Pack Hunters, while ignoring the rest of the tree. This feels like such a waste of a skill slot.
I’d rather see something that increases the max companion limit built into the crow tree and then be able to use the slot for another skill.
Summon Wolf is a very old skill and before Crows were introduced the only companion that the player could have multiple ones.
This is most likely not intended anyway, since we only have 5 skill spec slots and using one of those skills to solely buff another skill without using is, does not sound like intended.
They simply need to change the Node in the Wolf Tree, to only allow +1 Wolf over your companion limit.
