both fire has a passive node combining with each of the other elements but cold and lightning dont get a joint node in the mage passives, what gives? I was really excited to make an alluvion build, and while i will still try, noticing that this style of play was discouraged is pretty disheartening.
Hey man, welcome! A few additive nodes on the tree arent going to make or break your build, there is no reason to feel disheartened.

If 2 passive tree builds have 100% difference in dmg it’s not that much of a difference in the end. You’ll be fine but you’ll find a lot of differences in the classes as well where something seems to be much better then something else.
