I know that stuns are considered suffixes, and that suffixes tend to be defensive while prefixes tend to be offensive. But I am lost on why freeze rate multiplier comes as a prefix, while also having cold resistance, which alone would be a suffix. Especially since stun is nearly the same action as freezing.
