All I see is build guides, bossing guides and dungeon guides but that’s it… unless i’m not seeing it.
I’m not sure why you can’t find them. I found this druid leveling guide yesterday.
Did you forget to check the box under “Build Guides” → Other filters → “Leveling”?
Ever since mastery respec, Maxroll only has one leveling guide for each class, for a total of 5. Their philosophy is you always level up with the same build, then later switch to whatever you want.
This has caused issues with other players that tried to do this and then wanted to switch mastery and didn’t have enough gold. But I don’t expect they warn you of that.
They don’t warn about the gold cost, no.
Maxroll is still terrible at leveling guides. And ActionRPG website isn’t much better. Right now your best bet is to go to LETools and search for either season starter or leveling tags.

I’d avoid Maxroll for leveling guides. The creators I quite honestly question whether they even play this game because they’re all really, really inefficient to the point it almost feels like Maxroll just wants to troll you.
I just used one of their leveling guides for my primalist. It worked just fine
Yet they reach under 2h clear times. Something isn’t adding up as it seems 
. I don’t look at guides while playing and only use guids to minmax if I overlooked any interaction.
