I have a Plague dragon toung, and it gives +1 to poison skills. If serpent strike is not a poison skill I don’t know what is. Yet it does not apply.

It does have a Poison tag though?
Both sites list Poison as a scaling tag. So if it’s not showing in game it’s a bug.
Yeah, specially because that Unique is specifically tailored for Serpent Strike. It should give the skill the levels from the item.
Assemble Abomination also doesn’t have the melee tag, but scales with melee. The devs just overlooked some things. Maybe they’ll fix someday.
It could be some weird interaction Frostwyrm’s fury node.
Either way, it should be a poison skill. So if you don’t get the +1, I would suggest Bug Reports
