one simple question: why do I get barely over 200 ward? This is my Pala:
Where is my problem? Acording to my guide, I should generate tons of Ward, but I can’t find my problem 
Would be nice if anyone could help me.

You have a lot of ward retention through your unique gloves but no way to really effectively generate ward.
I don’t know the guide you are using, would help sharing that to give you better help.
Most ward builds use other uniques on top of these gloves or some active skills that actively generate ward

I did a little bit research. Nearly every healing hand / smite is specced like I… so I don’t get it why I have nearly no ward.
You’re probably looking at the min-max version which has frostbites + experimental affix for life loss to ward. Your frostbites don’t have that affix.
If you swap out your frostbites for some gloves with those affixes your ward gen will start functioning. You can upgrade later when you farm LP2+ frostbites.
