Why is this spell so bad? I have 1 million dps on it and the best I can do is 150 corruption.
Because you don’t have 1 million dps, the tooltip is fake info.

That was two game versions ago. Since then you got buffed 
IMO Runemaster is not the best choice for Ignivar’s Disintegrate, go Spellblade and you get wayy more from scaling Intelligence. I had pretty decent success with it in 1.1 like below. That said, Disintegrate is honestly one of the most unbalanced skills in the game and you should consider it more of a challenge run like beating Elden ring while overencumbered and consider a different build (eg: Lightning blast) for a normal playthrough.

I think i sgoult try spellblade with fire aura…which one milee spell best for it ?

Fire aura is even more meme than disintegrate since it has barely any ways to scale damage. However, I have heard that Runemaster with the Runic invocation to proc fire aura is the best way to do it. There was a person on Discord with a very solid setup doing that and I believe they had tested it against spellblade also.
