I can write anything like “hi” or anything else… everytime i get:
“Your message has been detected ascontaining content which does not adhere to our Code of Conduct and has not been sent to chat.”
Whats the matter with typing “hi” 
I have my chat disabled, so I couldn’t (nor won’t, sorry) check on what you’re saying, but if that behaviour is consistent, I’d advise you to drop a bug report so it gets fixed quickly. Saying “hi” is certainly not against the Code of Conduct.
