Specifically idol and arena key nodes, appear a light blue colour instead of normal black. Why?
Isn’t that simply because those nodes are accessible while the others are not?
It might well be that. But no other node types do it, only keys and idols.
Those nodes are blueberry flavored.

I can rule that out now. I am staring at a Mono where there are 2 idol nodes nearby. I cannot reach either of them directly from where I am, however one is light blue and the other is standard black.
