I have never used discord in all the time that I have been alive and I wanted to use discord to let the staff there know about an offline game problem that nto only I am having, but a lot of other people are too. I just merely wanted to bring that to someone’s attention in EHG. First I had to be on the chat forum for 10 minutes and once the time was up. I got a message saying that I did not have permission to send a text.
I would like to know why please? It might be becaue I live in the UK, though living in another region should nto be a problem and as far as I know and am aware of, I have done nothing wrong.
Did you want to post in the “Ask a dev not support” channel? I’m in the UK & post there. Or did you want to message a dev direct? Is there a support channel instead?
Llama, I just want to contact a dev, because as I have said, I am not the only one not being able to play offline and it’s not a PC issue. Like I have said, I have found that other people are having problems not being to play offline. I do not know if the devs can help with the matter. I just thought that it might help to bring the matter to their attentin, simply because there are other people having the same exact problem that I am having and they are probably getting the same load of advice that I have been getting and in short, I am getting norwhere and I still cannot play my offline game and like I have said, this is stressing me out beyond mention. I just want a fix for it, not just for me, but also for the other people who are having the exact same problem as me. Anyway, this does not answer why I am not being allowed to text on the discord server. Do you know if I have done anything wrong? I am sure that I have not.
No, I don’t know why you can’t post messages on EHG’s discord.
In terms of reporting bugs/issues, using the in-game bug reporting tool (F8 by default) is the best way as that sends more data to help the devs, but I don’t know if it works in the true offline client. But that wouldn’t help you resolve your immediate issue of not being able to play.

Hi there, I’m one of the CM’s both here and in Discord! For the ‘you can’t send messages’ issue, please try fully closing the Discord App and re-opening it. If you’re using the browser version, try clearing your cache.
Given you have only just joined, and I have only just clocked on today, it’s highly unlikely anyone on our team has taken action against your account. If the above doesn’t help, you may need to check your emails and see if Discord needs you to verify your account in order to post.

I don’t remember if this happens on LE’s server, but many servers have a sort of “welcome wizard” which you have to complete before you can post messages. Usually in the form of visiting a channel, clicking on a reaction, that sort of thing.
Try to see if there’s anything of the sort you have to do.
