Which damage conversion type will take priority?

Hi, I’m new here.

There are at least 3 ways that can convert damage type deal by skill. (As far as I know)

  1. Skill Tree
  2. Passive Tree
  3. Item

If I have 2 or more, Which one will take priority?
Temporal Corruption (Passive Tree) converts Smite to void.
Order of Lagon (Skill Tree) convert Smite to Lightning

Items/passives take priority over skill conversions.
