I would expect this to be similar.
Because release is on a Tuesday maybe we get patch notes before the week end on Friday?
The blog post about new features was 7d ago, so I expect the other one (about QoL and other changes) to drop today or tomorrow.
I don’t know if that one will include the patch notes or if it will only be about providing the general view on upcoming changes, with the patch notes following on friday or monday, like Heavy said.
I expect it will be the second option.

I bet Monday best case scenario, early morning of Tuesday worst case scenario. No way its on Friday.
Personally I’d consider patch notes at least rare, if not exalted rather than common.
