When Equipping an Off-hand Catalyst as Acolyte, it is equipped as a Shield

Expected Behaviour: Equipping a Shield mounts shield to the wrist, but Equipping a book or skull mounts it to the wrist as well, rather than the the hand as a catalyst.

Error Log: None
System: Windows 10 PC running Ryzen 2600, RTX 2060, and 16 GB of RAM.
