When determining which double-line blessing rolls are better, the game only considers the first line when saving them for future respec

What went wrong?

There are some double-line blessings like 12-18 Ward on Kill and 120-200 Decay Threshold. If you once got 15/197 and then got 16/122, the game saves the 16/122 value for respec, as it is assumed that if the first line is better, then the whole blessing is considered better. But this is obviously incorrect!

If you get a double-roll perk from defeating the 8th Harbinger, it becomes even harder to roll a better second line, as the game will only consider the “betterness” of the whole blessing based on the first line. So, if I get a max roll for the first line, it becomes nearly impossible to get a better second line because if there are two rolls was 18/122 and 15/200 the game chooses 18/122 to me, because it decides this is a better roll, but in my case, the second line is more important!

Thanks!
