Hello. I was wondering whats the procedure when a new spec is released, will I be able to respec my character into it or will I have to make a new rouge and have her sit at the chapter 4 quest? Thanks.
When the new masteries are released? You’d need to level up a new character unless you have one sitting at the end of time ready for the mastery quest.

Yes, you have to be an altoholic for each mastery.
I have 28 characters already. Altoholic doesn’t come close to what I am…
