Hello! Quick question about the Wheel of Torment staff. Does anyone know why it does not cast my specc’d Cathonic Fissure? When it procs, the base/ un-modified version is cast. This doesn’t seem right, but can someone confirm this to be correct or a bug?
Do you have Chthonic Passage? Most procs tend to not use nodes that convert a skill into a movement skill (eg, Smite’s Descend node).
It should use your specialised skill tree though.
