will they be deleted and ill have to lvl from scratch again?
I’m pretty sure they’ve said there will be no hard resets, which implies a system like that of PoE, where there will be a standard league and a “current” league, where things get dumped into standard every so often.

The current plans are :
No wipe, no character deleted
They will be “standard” characters if you know PoE
Any new content brought by cycles (LE saisons) will come for standard game at the same time. So you will not have to create a new character every new cycle if you don’t want to.
