What happens to old versions of uniques that get changed in the patch?

Dear veterans, you’ve probably seen this a few times. Will those items get updated and rerolled regarding changed affixes or do we get to keep op legacy versions like in D2 1.08?

Mike said all uniques will be force changed so there is not going to be anything like ‘‘legacy’’ items.

Did he comment on affix nerfs? Do those get forced down too?

What about affixes that won’t exist anymore… like mana regen on scepters? Do those get converted to something else?

Yes, that’s always how it’s been in the past.

If in the old version the range was 10-20% and the value was 19%, then in the new version with a range of 1-10% the value will be 9% or random?
