What happened to chat and idoil question

what happened to the chat its gone now???
pressing enter doesnt even bring up chat anymore?
thanks alot yall please help

second bug i just got a fire wraith idol with 21 percent minion cooldown recovery as second affix. equipping doesnt reduce golem or wrait cd at all is it supposed to do that or does it do something else ty all alot.!!!

Chat is very unstable, restarting last epoch generally fixes it. It’s a known issue.

Minion cooldown recovery reduces the cooldown of the minion’s skills, not your skill that summons them.
