What does "increased damage leeched as health" mean?

I have been looking for an answer but cannot seem to find it anywhere.

Hello and welcome to the LE Forum.

It is essentially like “inreased leech”, it makes all the leech that you already have better.

Example:
You have 10% of damage leeched as health from whatever sources.

Now if you have an item that gives you “50% increased damage leeched as health”, your 10% will turn into 15% damage leeched as health.

Your generic leech, that is visible in your character sheet is actually already affected by any %inc. to leech.
