I killed 4 of the mirror bosses and got a few corrupted items and not quite sure what they do exactly.
They have an additional purple affix at the bottom & canāt be crafted on.
They can actually do more than than just add an affix. They can increase or lower the tier of an affix, they can change the subtype, they can ruin an item, etc.

Yeah, thatās what can happen if you corrupt an item, but he asked what corrupted items were & if heās just looking at the ones that the campaign Omen drop then the link you gave isnāt pertinent (since the items wouldnāt have existed in a pre-corrupted state.
But yes, the corruption rune can do stuff.

Do all drops from omen boss always drop extra affixes (still havenāt had time to try out the new season)? I would have assumed that they drop ānormalā loot that then gets corrupted, meaning you should be able to see all those outcomes.
No, sometimes they are regular drops but most are corrupted to some extent.
Sometimes the affix is a prefix, so itās at the top. I have seen that they ācanā drop with 2 corrupted affixes. I havenāt dropped one but one of the folks on chat posted a link to one he dropped.
Iām enjoying the Forge Guard and iām just playing my own game style and not using a guide. Iāts pretty coolā¦ I"m basically looking at the weapon damage and how fast it swings.

They drop a rune of corruption, an idol altar & 5-10 items half of which are pre-corrupted. And some timeglass (& maybe some runes/etc).
