What are "high health enemies" (monolith)?

Hi,
In the monolith of fate, there are mods that mention “high health enemies”, like “high health enemies deal increased damage”. What is considered a high health enemy? Is it certain fixed enemies? Or does it depend on a certain health threshold? Would other mods that increase health cause some enemies that formerly weren’t high health to become high health? Thanks!

High Health in LE is =>65%

This term is also used in a lot of skill spec trees or other conditional effects.

For those you usally can press [ALT] for the advanced tooltip.

I think MoF Modifiers should have advanced tooltips as well (like Enemies are Deadly if not damage recently etc.)

Thanks, Heavy, but I’m still unsure what you mean by =>65%. Is that greater than 64% of the average enemies health, your own health, or what? Or does that mean every undamaged enemy is considered “high health” and loses that status when it has lost enough life? Thanks.

They must have at least 65% of their maximem health.
If a mob’s max health is 1000, this mob is high health from 650 to 1000.

=> is “equal or greater than”, I think the correct mathematical symbol would actually be ≥, but I was too lazy too search the alt code or copy it

So as Shtrak already said, an enemy needs 65% or more health, to count as “High Health”

This is refering to the current health of the enemy.

Your health doesn’t matter for this.
But as I already said earlier, there are conditional effects on skills and idols for example, that use the same terminology.

As a little extra information there is also the term “Low Health”, which is ≤ 35%.
