I have noticed the Skull Crusher talent in the Werebear form tree doesn’t apply some talents. At the very least, I’m not getting Frenzy from the corresponding node. I am skeptical about a few other nodes (e.g. Leap’s node: Warrior’s entrance) that aren’t showing any icon in the buffs section of the UI.
However, the rage cost is being applied, so I am not sure what else could be working wrong with these talents. It would be a good idea if you reviewed all these talents at some point and make sure they all work as intended.
