When you turn into Werebear (Druid - Primalist skill) you snapshot all your current effects, this leads to some probably unintended effects.
If you put skill points in the Werebear tree you will need to change out and back for them to take effect, similarly if you respec out of them while in Werebear you will keep the effect.
Tested with the Wizened Claw & Star Claw node.
If you equip items that modify Werebear form, the biggest offender I’ve found being Kermode’s Cage and then change into Werebear form, you can replace these items while keeping their effects.
(Permanent +2 mana on kill from Kermode’s Cage while using other Chest Armors)
