It’s suppose to give 50 armour and protections (at level 1) for each nearby enemy for 4 seconds when you roar but sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t. Maybe enemies can dodge the roar or something to that effect but I’m really not sure.
I wasn’t able to reproduce this internally, unfortunately. I tried against an enemy that had very high dodge rating, but still got the correct amount of protections. If you encounter this again it would be very helpful to know what enemies they were and what zone you were in.
